About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced IT Software Asset Management Analyst to join our dynamic Global IT team. In this role, you will play a critical part in overseeing the lifecycle management, optimization, governance, and operational support of our enterprise SaaS and AI software platforms. You will manage software licensing, vendor relationships, access governance, cost optimization, and renewal support across a rapidly evolving software ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle management of software assets, ensuring compliance and optimization.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate software licensing agreements to ensure the best value for the organization.
  • Implement and maintain governance frameworks for software access and usage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Security, Procurement, Finance, and Legal to align software investments with company objectives.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of software usage to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Support the renewal process for software licenses, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Utilize analytical skills to generate reports and insights that inform decision-making and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software asset management (SAM), SaaS administration, and vendor management.
  • Strong understanding of identity/access management tools and enterprise procurement processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in using SAM tools and software asset management best practices.
