We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing our payroll processes while ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution for our employees across North America.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end US payroll processes, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Lead medium-to-high complexity payroll initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Partner with HRIS, Equity, Accounting, Tax, and payroll vendors to develop innovative payroll solutions.
- Analyze payroll data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for payroll processes and procedures.
- Assist in implementing scalable payroll systems to support the growing organization.
- Provide training and support to payroll team members and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in payroll processing and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations in the USA and familiarity with Canadian payroll.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
