Job Summary
As a Customer Success Manager targeting small and medium businesses (SMBs), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive maximum value from our proactive privacy protection solutions. Your primary objective will be to foster strong relationships with clients, guiding them through their journey with DeleteMe, and ensuring their success in reducing their exposure to cybersecurity threats.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with SMB clients, acting as their main point of contact.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and tailor our services to meet those goals effectively.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling additional services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client support.
- Monitor and analyze client usage metrics to provide insights and recommend proactive solutions.
- Assist clients in navigating privacy reports and understanding the significance of the data we manage.
- Provide training and onboarding for new clients to help them maximize the benefits of our services.
- Actively participate in the development of client success strategies and contribute to achieving departmental goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of privacy protection and cybersecurity issues, with the ability to articulate these concepts clearly to clients.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and client management tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to client challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
