Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Handle a high volume of inbound leads with urgency and prioritize effectively to maximize sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, focusing on Corporate Gifting, Events, and Employee Health & Wellness solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and implement strategies to increase lead generation and enhance brand visibility.
- Utilize data and analytics to track sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to meet targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, ideally in a corporate sales environment.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
