Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of payroll solutions for clients in the Netherlands and Belgium.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize payroll processes and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on payroll systems and best practices.
• Monitor payroll operations and address any issues that arise promptly to ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery.
• Stay updated with changes in payroll legislation and implement necessary adjustments in payroll systems.
• Provide exceptional support to clients during the onboarding process and throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze payroll data and generate reports for management and clients to improve decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing and implementation.
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations and taxation in the Netherlands and Belgium.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment.
