Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Support Engineer II to join our team, focusing on providing top-notch Level 1 support for our Developer Portal. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for technical inquiries, ensuring a smooth experience for developers utilizing our platform. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining the functionality and efficiency of our Developer Portal.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 technical support for the Developer Portal, handling incidents and service requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to enhance the developer experience.
  • Manage support requests through our ticketing system, ensuring all queries are logged and tracked.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex issues and improve overall service quality.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports to support business insights.
  • Document support processes and develop knowledge base articles for recurring issues to streamline responses.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably related to software development or IT support.
  • Basic understanding of software development principles and practices.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools and data analysis techniques.
  • Familiarity with Power BI and experience in creating dashboards and reports.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
