Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 technical support for the Developer Portal, handling incidents and service requests promptly and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to enhance the developer experience.
- Manage support requests through our ticketing system, ensuring all queries are logged and tracked.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex issues and improve overall service quality.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports to support business insights.
- Document support processes and develop knowledge base articles for recurring issues to streamline responses.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably related to software development or IT support.
