Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from healthcare providers regarding medical claims, benefits, appeals, prior authorizations, and medical codes.
- Handle an average of 50+ calls daily while navigating multiple applications on various screens.
- Participate in all required training sessions, particularly during the first 90 days of employment.
- Resolve customer complaints through effective problem-solving skills, aiming for one-call resolution.
- Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center performance metrics while delivering exceptional customer service consistently.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is necessary.
- Must have a dedicated workspace free of distractions.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to customer interactions.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
