About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to the design and enhancement of our innovative learning platform, which facilitates educational programs for aspiring engineers and tech leaders. You will be working remotely from the United States, Europe, Canada, or LATAM.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver engaging user experiences for our platform.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and validate design concepts.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Analyze user feedback and data analytics to iterate on designs and improve user satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in product design.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence within the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final products.
• Expertise in user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile design standards, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design decisions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
