Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clinicians on treatment plans, reviewing and refining case designs in real-time.
• Provide expert technical support to ensure quality outcomes and an exceptional patient experience.
• Assist with patient scanning, case preparation, and design modifications based on clinician feedback.
• Manage complex cases by offering guidance and solutions to enhance the aesthetic and functional results for patients.
• Maintain accurate documentation of case progress and communicate effectively with the dental team.
• Continuously improve processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency in the lab.
• Stay updated on the latest dental technologies and practices to ensure the highest service standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a lab technician in a dental or healthcare environment.
• Strong understanding of dental procedures, particularly in removables.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with clinicians and patients.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using dental technology and software for design and case management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Relevant certifications or degrees in dental technology or related fields are preferred.
