Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale GPU workloads, ensuring efficient operations involving hundreds to thousands of GPUs.
• Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive growth.
• Provide troubleshooting support and technical guidance to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Nebius GPU Cloud services and industry trends to offer clients the best solutions.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on product features and best practices.
• Gather feedback from customers to inform product development and improve service quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical support or customer engineering roles, particularly in cloud computing environments.
• Strong understanding of GPU architecture, AI/ML frameworks, and deployment strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
