Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough systems studies in Radio Resource Management, focusing on areas such as Scheduling, Link Adaptation, and time-critical communication.
• Develop and optimize control channel radio resource algorithms to enhance system performance.
• Engage in signal processing tasks and contribute to the implementation of physical layer algorithms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customers and partners, to identify business needs and market opportunities.
• Participate in standardization efforts through 3GPP and related forums to promote innovative solutions.
• Support cloud deployments and software simulation development for both 5G and upcoming 6G technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in system development within telecommunications or related industries.
• Strong understanding of Radio Access Network (RAN) technologies and architectures.
• Familiarity with signal processing, physical layer algorithms, and radio resource management techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Experience with cloud technologies and software simulation tools is advantageous.
