Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and engineering to develop and implement effective advertising solutions.
• Drive the design and execution of AdTech integrations to enhance user experience and advertiser success.
• Manage strategic partnership programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing revenue opportunities.
• Provide technical expertise and support to technology partners, agencies, and advertisers to facilitate seamless integration with our advertising platform.
• Analyze market trends and feedback to inform product development and improve advertising offerings.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• Contribute to the scaling of Reddit’s developer ecosystem through outreach and partnership initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in business engineering, product management, or a related role within the advertising technology space.
• Strong understanding of advertising ecosystems, digital marketing, and analytics.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with APIs and integrating technology solutions.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and drive actionable recommendations.
