We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Software Quality Engineer to join our remote team in Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our educational integrity solutions. Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and execute test plans for our software products.
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to enhance our testing processes.
• Participate in code reviews and provide actionable feedback to promote best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve testing methodologies.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior quality assurance team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a remote team environment.
