Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing activities for assigned companies.
• Maintain high-quality financial reporting in compliance with both local and group standards.
• Act as the primary finance expert for local entities, addressing all financial inquiries and issues.
• Review and reconcile balance sheet and P&L accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Facilitate external audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support business decisions.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard the integrity of financial data.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance controlling role, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP standards.
• Proficient in financial software and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information clearly.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
