Responsibilities

• Manage the technical, schedule, quality, and financial aspects of Power and Energy Transmission and Distribution projects, including Substation and Communications site projects.
• Focus on SCADA and Telecommunication systems while ensuring effective project execution.
• Develop and nurture client relationships to enhance satisfaction and project outcomes.
• Oversee project performance, ensuring adherence to financial, technical, quality, safety, and schedule standards.
• Ensure all responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle are followed, from proposal phase to project closeout.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Facilitate periodic face-to-face meetings at WSP or client offices as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing Power and Energy projects, with a focus on Transmission and Distribution.
• Strong understanding of SCADA and Telecommunication systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining productivity and efficiency.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and project oversight.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
