Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Field Engineers focused on Presales and Professional Services activities.
• Assist customers with solution architecture, design, and delivery of IoT and embedded Linux solutions.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored advice on best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of services and solutions.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers, enhancing their understanding of our products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a field engineering role, particularly in IoT or embedded systems.
• Strong knowledge of Linux systems, particularly Ubuntu and Ubuntu Core.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
• Proficient in customer engagement and relationship management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a diverse team.
• Willingness to travel periodically for customer engagements and team meetings.
