Responsibilities

• Perform quality control checks on non-linguistic materials to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and linguists to maintain the quality of deliverables.
• Provide detailed feedback and recommendations for improvements based on quality assessments.
• Participate in training programs to enhance your skills in quality coordination and assessment.
• Track and report on quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Work effectively in a remote setting, adhering to project deadlines and communication protocols.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control roles, preferably in a linguistics or localization environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
• Familiarity with localization tools and processes is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work in either China or US time zones to accommodate global client needs.
