• Collaborate with team members to refine coaching methodologies and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, or a similar role, preferably in a remote work environment.
• Strong understanding of talent development and performance management processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and technologies.
• Ability to analyze performance data and make informed recommendations for improvement.
