Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch service excellence to key client travelers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for executive-level travelers.
• Handle incoming requests accurately and efficiently via multiple channels, including phone and email.
• Conduct active travel consultations, offering detailed travel information and up-selling related products.
• Utilize BCD Travel tools and systems expertly to fulfill client requests.
• Search for and confirm travel reservations for customers.
• Understand client travel policies thoroughly and guide customers accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with all travel regulations, including DOT, TSA, passports, and visas.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of travel systems and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with team members to create seamless travel experiences for clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a travel consulting or agent role, preferably within the corporate sector.
• Strong familiarity with travel reservation systems and tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of travel regulations and compliance.
