Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee accounting operations for 18 international entities within our group.
• Prepare accurate financial statements in accordance with international accounting standards.
• Collaborate with the Director of Accounting and Tax to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting to provide insights into business performance.
• Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Support the external audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including IFRS.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
