Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments for potential clients seeking mental health services.
• Lead and mentor colleagues in the assessment and treatment planning process.
• Supervise treatment plans to ensure they align with client-centered care standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families to gather relevant information.
• Provide support in developing individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Facilitate access to community resources and referrals as necessary.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Current state licensure or certification in a relevant mental health discipline.
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required.
• Experience in a clinical setting, preferably with a focus on trauma-informed care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
