Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, engaging math lessons to elementary-level students.
• Utilize the Think Academy curriculum to prepare and structure classes effectively.
• Explain mathematical concepts clearly and concisely, ensuring students understand key principles.
• Demonstrate problem-solving techniques and various methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Encourage critical thinking and participation from all students during lessons.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Collaborate with other educators to enhance teaching techniques and share best practices.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
• Experience in teaching or tutoring math at the elementary level.
• Strong understanding of math concepts and the ability to convey them effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
• Ability to engage students in a remote learning environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
