Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable batch and real-time data pipelines that support analytics, experimentation, and machine learning initiatives.
• Contribute to the architecture and ongoing improvement of the Data Platform, ensuring systems are efficient, cost-effective, and scalable.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including analytics, product management, engineering, and operations to deliver high-quality data solutions.
• Ensure the reliability and performance of data systems by implementing best practices for data governance and quality control.
• Actively identify and troubleshoot data quality issues, optimizing data flows and systems for enhanced performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to continually innovate and improve the data infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data engineering or a similar role, with proficiency in building and maintaining data pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and experience with ETL processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to data quality and accuracy.
