Responsibilities

• Analyze complex clinical and financial data to develop actionable insights that support value-based care initiatives.
• Create and maintain key performance metrics that reflect the effectiveness of care programs and drive improvement.
• Translate data findings into clear narratives that can be communicated to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Clinical, and Product teams to inform strategies that enhance our value-based care offerings.
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in care delivery and outcomes, providing recommendations for optimization.
• Assist in the development of reports and presentations that summarize findings for internal teams and external partners.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and value-based care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analytics, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools and statistical analysis software.
• Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to present complex data in an engaging and understandable manner.
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and value-based care models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
