Responsibilities

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for clinical data completeness and effectiveness.
• Oversee the end-to-end understanding of the clinical data lifecycle, identifying sources, breakdowns, and performance metrics.
• Conduct rigorous analysis of clinical data to ensure its reliability and actionability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in data management and vendor strategies.
• Shape facility targeting and data pipeline investments based on analytical insights.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of various vendor integrations and interoperability networks.
• Provide actionable recommendations to enhance data quality and effectiveness in clinical settings.
• Support the development of comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in data analysis within a healthcare environment.
• Strong understanding of electronic health record (EHR) systems and clinical workflows.
• Experience with data visualization tools and statistical software.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.
