We are seeking an experienced Field Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team focused on IoT and embedded systems. In this role, you will lead a regionally-focused team of field engineers in the Americas, overseeing Presales and Professional Services activities. Your expertise will help our customers design and deliver secure connected device solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Field Engineers, providing guidance and support in technical sales and project delivery.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and develop tailored solution architectures.
• Oversee the implementation of embedded Linux solutions, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring alignment and successful project execution.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for both customers and team members to enhance knowledge and skills in IoT technologies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in IoT and embedded systems to inform best practices and strategies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in field engineering management, preferably in IoT or embedded systems.
• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and embedded technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Experience in solution architecture and project management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel within the Americas as needed.
