Partner Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Partner Sales Manager to join our growing team at Canonical. In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering and managing relationships with key OEM partners, particularly Dell, to drive sales of our innovative open source solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue from Dell and other major OEM partners.
Engage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to enhance collaboration and partnership opportunities.
Coordinate with product management and marketing teams to align partner needs with Canonical's solutions.
Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to upper management.
Participate in industry events and conferences to represent Canonical and build relationships.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the technology sector.
Strong understanding of open source software and familiarity with enterprise technology.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet partners and attend events.
