Responsibilities

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Linux operating systems, particularly Ubuntu.
• Experience in technical support or related fields, preferably in open source environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers and team members.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
