Responsibilities

• Test the Claro Video app for usability and functionality.
• Follow specific testing instructions and guidelines provided.
• Report any bugs, issues, or suggestions for improvement in English.
• Provide detailed feedback to help enhance app performance and user experience.
• Participate in testing sessions as required, using your personal devices.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reside in Mexico and have access to Claro Video through an Infinitum or Telcel plan.
• Intermediate English proficiency for reading instructions and reporting issues.
• Own at least one of the following devices:
  • AppleTV (tvOS 26)
  • iPhone 11 or newer
  • iPad, iPad Air, or iPad Pro (iPadOS 26)
  • Windows 10 or Windows 11 computer with Chrome, Edge, or Firefox
  • Android TV
