Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, financial planning and analysis, or investment management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proven experience in developing financial models and conducting valuations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience in the real estate or investment sector is a plus.
• Proficient in financial software and tools; advanced Excel skills required.
