Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and highly available infrastructures for enterprise applications.
• Develop and manage infrastructure as code using Python to automate deployment processes.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize configurations to enhance reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define service level objectives and ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Participate in the development and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational practices and procedures.
• Lead efforts to integrate automation solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Assist in mentoring junior engineers and share best practices in site reliability engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Experience with Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and database technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and provide effective solutions under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Experience with monitoring tools and practices to ensure system uptime and performance.
