Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory and manage purchasing for golf-related merchandise and equipment.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all golf operations.
• Engage with members and guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze performance metrics to improve operational efficiency and enhance the guest experience.
• Work closely with the general management team to align golf operations with overall club objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in golf operations or management roles.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with members and staff.
• Proficiency in golf management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of golf course maintenance practices and principles.
