Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of the Rosebud Country Club, ensuring a high-quality experience for all members and guests.
• Develop and implement strategic plans that increase club membership and enhance profitability.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to foster a professional and motivated team.
• Maintain and enhance the golf course and club facilities to ensure they meet the highest standards.
• Coordinate and promote club events, tournaments, and social activities to engage the community.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure the club operates within its financial means.
• Build and maintain relationships with members, local businesses, and other stakeholders to promote club growth and community involvement.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards pertaining to the operation of the club.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the golf or hospitality industry.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with members and staff.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of golf operations, club management, and event planning.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
