Responsibilities
- Take ownership of building Emburse’s presence in the Nordic market, driving revenue growth and establishing a strong foundation for future go-to-market strategies.
- Prospect and generate leads by identifying and targeting potential enterprise customers through comprehensive market analysis and networking.
- Engage in relationship-building with key stakeholders in prospective enterprises to understand their needs and align solutions with their business objectives.
- Utilize a defined sales process, including MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales methodologies, to efficiently manage and close deals.
- Work closely with sales leaders to develop tailored strategies for approaching various segments within the Nordic market.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, maintaining a consistent focus on performance metrics and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position Emburse’s solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the B2B sector and targeting enterprise clients.
- Strong understanding of the Nordic market dynamics and business culture.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a strategic hunter mentality, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Nordic languages is highly desirable.
