About The Role

Lyra Health’s Clinical Strategy team is looking for an experienced Accreditation Solutions Consultant to join us for a 6-month contract. This role is crucial in ensuring our compliance with the Joint Commission (TJC) standards for Behavioral Health Care and Human Services (BHC). As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for leading initiatives that drive accreditation readiness, ensuring that our mental health care services meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement accreditation strategies.
• Assess existing practices and policies to identify gaps in compliance with TJC standards.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate staff on accreditation processes and requirements.
• Conduct internal audits and prepare for external accreditation reviews.
• Prepare documentation and reports related to accreditation readiness and compliance.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Behavioral Health accreditation practices.
• Monitor changes in regulations and standards, advising the team on necessary adjustments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in accreditation processes, preferably in Behavioral Health care.
• In-depth knowledge of Joint Commission standards and regulatory requirements.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve compliance.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
