Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic team at Lyra Health, specifically focusing on our international operations in Mexico and Spain. In this pivotal role, you will support the Payroll Manager in overseeing payroll processes and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Responsibilities

• Administer and process payroll for employees in Mexico and Spain, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local laws.
• Collaborate with the Payroll Manager to implement payroll policies and procedures that comply with applicable regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and manage payroll-related inquiries from staff.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports as required for auditing and management purposes.
• Support the implementation of payroll systems and tools to enhance efficiency.
• Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and addressing issues promptly.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and best practices to ensure compliance.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives related to payroll and HR functions as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in an international context.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance in Mexico and Spain.
• Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish.
• Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
