Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance backend services and infrastructure for Kazakhstan's operations.
• Ensure services are reliable, fault-tolerant, efficiently scalable, and cost-effective.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create solutions that meet the needs of external stakeholders.
• Implement best practices for backend development and contribute to code reviews and architecture discussions.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
• Participate in the planning and execution of new features and improvements based on stakeholder feedback.
• Document technical specifications and processes for future reference.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Backend Developer, with a strong focus on Java.
• Familiarity with Kazakhstan's regulatory environment and external stakeholder dynamics.
• Fluency in Kazakh or Russian is mandatory for effective communication.
• Experience with cloud services and microservices architecture is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of database management and API design.
