Responsibilities

• Develop and implement backend services for AI Chatbot products that enhance customer interaction.
• Design and build large-scale software systems that positively impact the daily lives of millions of customers.
• Explore and integrate advanced LLM applications to optimize chatbot performance and user experience.
• Upgrade underlying infrastructure and architecture, perform performance tuning, troubleshoot online incidents, and refactor systems as necessary.
• Write high-quality, clean, and maintainable code following engineering best practices.
• Guide junior engineers in their daily tasks and share knowledge effectively within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in a software engineering role.
• Strong programming skills in Core Java and a willingness to engage in hands-on coding.
• Experience in developing scalable software solutions and working with AI technologies.
