Responsibilities

• Provide consultative support to ClickHouse enterprise customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our platform.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their data architecture and analytics needs, delivering tailored solutions.
• Perform hands-on engineering tasks, including troubleshooting and optimizing customer implementations.
• Assist in the development of best practices and documentation to enhance customer experience.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to relay customer feedback and drive product improvements.
• Participate in training sessions for customers, helping them maximize the value of ClickHouse.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide informed solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a consulting or engineering role, preferably within data analytics or cloud solutions.
• Strong understanding of database technologies, data warehousing, and real-time analytics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience with programming languages such as SQL, Python, or Java is desirable.
