Requirements

• Proven experience in customer support or a related field, preferably in the travel industry.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
• Must reside in Germany to be considered for this role.
