About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and consultative Dental Field Trainer to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the successful adoption of Dandy’s innovative digital dentistry solutions within dental practices. You will conduct engaging in-person training sessions that empower dental professionals to embrace intraoral scanning and digital workflows with confidence. With a field-based position that requires up to 80% travel, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on clinical practices across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for dental teams on Dandy’s digital technology and workflows.
• Serve as a trusted clinical advisor, providing insights to dentists, practice managers, and operational leaders.
• Facilitate the adoption of new technology to enhance clinical performance and improve patient outcomes.
• Assess training needs and customize training programs to meet the unique requirements of each practice.
• Support teams post-training to ensure sustained success and address any challenges that arise.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share feedback and insights from the field, contributing to product development.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in dental training or a related clinical role.
• Strong knowledge of digital dentistry, including intraoral scanning technology and workflows.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
• Proven experience in a consultative training role, with a focus on operational execution.
• Ability to travel extensively within the UK, with a flexible schedule to accommodate training needs.
• A degree in dentistry or a related field is preferred.
