Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance mobile experiences across prominent consumer interfaces.
• Contribute to the architecture and development of reusable mobile foundations, frameworks, and platform capabilities.
• Support and develop technical initiatives aimed at improving scalability, performance, reliability, and the overall developer experience across the application.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, designers, and platform teams to shape product direction and technical strategy.
• Engage in code reviews and technical discussions, ensuring high quality through testing practices, observability, and operational excellence.
• Participate in experimentation and prototyping efforts focused on future-facing content and listening experiences.
• Explore modern engineering workflows, including AI-assisted development tools and emerging mobile technologies.
• Balance immediate product needs with long-term platform sustainability and technical health.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing Android applications using Kotlin.
• Strong understanding of mobile development best practices and design patterns.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and practices to ensure code quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
