About the Role

Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing a recruitment team, with a track record of successful hires.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with HR metrics and data analysis.
