About the Role
As a Senior Partnership Manager, you will play a vital role in expanding our presence in higher education by developing and managing partnerships with colleges and universities across the United States. You will work closely with the Head of Higher Education to identify opportunities that align with our mission of creating pathways for students to develop their technical skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic partnership plan to engage colleges and universities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in higher education.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership initiatives with organizational goals.
- Represent the organization at conferences and events to promote partnership opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate partnership effectiveness and impact on student outcomes.
- Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on partnership growth and strategies.
- Travel occasionally to meet with campus partners and attend relevant events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in partnership management or business development, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong understanding of the higher education landscape and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Proven track record of building successful partnerships that drive engagement and growth.
