About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Mentor to join our AI Practice Development team. In this role, you will work closely with college computer science students, guiding them through their educational journey and ensuring they acquire the necessary skills to thrive in the rapidly evolving tech industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship and support to students enrolled in computer science programs, focusing on AI and technology-related subjects.
• Develop and facilitate engaging learning experiences that enhance students' understanding of AI principles and applications.
• Collaborate with the Senior Manager of AI Practice to design curriculum and training materials that reflect industry standards and practices.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging students to develop their technical skills and confidence.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their academic and career goals.
• Engage with industry partners to stay updated on the latest trends and developments in AI and technology.
• Participate in workshops, seminars, and events to enhance your professional development and network with other educators.

Requirements

• Proven experience in mentoring or teaching, particularly in computer science or related fields.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, tools, and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students and inspire learning.
• Experience in curriculum development and instructional design is a plus.
• A passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed in their careers.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field is preferred.
