Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on technology or education sectors.
- Proven track record of developing successful recruitment strategies that yield high-quality hires.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics.
