About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join our Early Talent Programs team on a contract basis. This is a full-time remote position based in the United States. The role will last for 6 months and will involve reporting directly to the Head of People.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process for early talent programs, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with universities and other organizations to identify potential candidates.
• Coordinate and execute recruitment events, including career fairs and information sessions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and to create job descriptions that attract suitable candidates.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to improve recruitment strategies and enhance candidate experience.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to the Head of People.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in an educational or technology-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with data analysis and recruitment software is a plus.
