Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of complex technical projects related to hardware and software integration.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and design to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
• Identify and manage risks associated with project execution, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and status updates to track progress and address any issues that arise.
• Utilize data-driven decision-making to enhance project outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure that all technical documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role with a strong focus on hardware and software integration.
• Proven track record of managing complex technical projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Experience with robotics, machine learning, or computer vision is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
