Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Manufacturing Operations Program Manager to join our Global Supply Chain team. This role will play a critical part in bridging daily contract manufacturing execution with strategic end-to-end supply chain management to enhance our operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the contract manufacturing execution process, ensuring alignment with our production goals and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that improve time to market, cost efficiency, and production capacity.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance supply chain flexibility and responsiveness to market demands.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Engage with suppliers and stakeholders to foster strong relationships and ensure adherence to compliance and quality benchmarks.
• Lead continuous improvement projects focused on operational excellence throughout the supply chain.
• Prepare and present reports on manufacturing performance and strategic initiatives to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations or supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of contract manufacturing processes and supply chain principles.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies for supply chain management.
