Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems that power our AI-native private banking platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that enhance user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, while ensuring performance and scalability of our applications.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve system reliability.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our platform remains competitive.
• Contribute to the architecture and design of new systems and services that meet our ambitious goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Backend Software Engineer, with a strong understanding of backend technologies and programming languages.
• Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Passion for building innovative solutions and improving user experiences.
• Familiarity with financial technology is a plus, but not required.
